| "Hey guys - Got my Newer 300/150 on Tuesday as promised and popped into my 9600/200. Took less than 10 minutes and I was up and running... or should I say screaming! Very solid card and software with absolutely no problems so far. I have 400MB of RAM, a ton of extensions and use my Mac 10 hours a day doing graphic design... this is sweet! "My 1MB L2 cache DIMM arrived this morning
and is happily chugging away in my PowerWave 120 w/Newer MAXpowr 200MHz
CPU upgrade. I had been running the 210/60 settings on the CPU card without
any L2 cache installed. Upon installing the cache DIMM I had to take it
down to 200/50 but still got nearly a 200% performance boost over the previous
settings. Mac Bench 4.0 clocks in at 509 processor/647 fpu." Chris
